These are two different products. Here's how they fit together.

palmER AI Suite is your documentation platform, with two parts that share one account:

• A web platform for full charting, MDM generation, and editing at a workstation.
• A mobile app (iOS and Android) for ambient scribing at the bedside, where your HPI and Exam draft automatically.

palmEM AI is a separate mobile reference app (iOS and Android) for fast clinical guidance during care: protocols, medication dosing, and differential diagnoses.

They serve different jobs, and many clinicians use them together: palmEM for bedside reference, the palmER app to scribe the encounter, and the palmER web platform to finish the chart. The web platform also has the palmEM AI Reference feature built in.
